What's for supper? Sticky chicken and Blue Goo

Ten Napkins Sticky Chicken
Basmati Rice
Carrots and green beans

And...Ice cream with blueberry sauce (half a bag of frozen berries, the end of a jar of jam, a little water, and a tablespoon of cornstarch, cooked until thick)

The kitchen is smelling so good.

So, is the chicken really 10-napkin-sticky? I was expecting something sweet and sour - what makes it sticky?

I don't really find it that sticky--it's just nicely crusty with the last bits of melted butter in the bottom of the pan. Maybe the sticky person cooked it differently. Everybody here really likes this, and it's very low in sodium (if you leave out the salt and use unsalted butter).
