What's for supper? Asian miscellaneous

Tonight's menu:

Chicken Adobo, made from the Common Room's recipe but in a skillet and with cut-up boneless chicken breasts, since that's what we had.  When it was done, I lifted all the chicken, onion, and carrot into a serving bowl, and left the liquid behind (see below).

Brown-rice vermicelli, the last of the stash from the neighbour who changed her diet.  I soaked it in boiling water, drained it, and added it to the soy sauce-broth mixture left in the skillet. 

Green beans

Ice cream, banana muffins
